I like add few pictures which were took four months ago than you did. The day was beautiful and sunny, no rain at all. But all of us must be wearing the raincoat because windy in the Niagara Fall where was on Canada side. The other one was on the USA side under of the Fall, we were cross the border line by walk through, however each person must carry either USA or Canada passport. We took the elevators down to the Fall where was 20 feet above sea level. Yes, there was no ferry and so quiet too, comparing the summer time. See addiction picture.
