Lisa,

Thanks for helping me. I follow your steps to downloan information from my computer it works. Unfortunatly, when I go to 75one write something, sometimes comes out Chinese, sometimes is English that drive me crazy. I don't kown how to fix the problem. Please help me again.

When you see a \"EN\" at your tool bar on the bottom right hand side of your computer, make sure you change to \"CH\" then choose Chinese PRO, then you can write in Chinese.

兰花草，Thanks a lot again to show me how type chinese on Email. Since my Chinese spelling is very poor that take me hard time to write in Chinese.请原谅.
