Just watched a documentary about SF Chinatown on National Geograph channel. A well-known Chinatown man named Raymond Chow was telling a lot of insider stories about Chinatown's underground world in the documentary. He looked so familiar when I first saw him on TV and thought I saw his picture somewhere. Here it is. One of the person in this picture lookes just like him. I am just guessing it for fun by appearance, no intention to offense anyone.
