1. Sugars 糖
含糖的饮料(汽水,加糖果汁),包点,甜点,糖,小零食。。。
to skip one can of 汽水(love coke/pepsi) was one of my 2011 new year resolution, have been controlling it very well, i barely have any now.
2. Common Cooking Oils 常用的菜油
含有太高的欧咪伽6,太低欧咪伽3。可以改用橄榄油。
Regardless what type, or how high the quality the oil is, if over heated/cooked, done! no good! (due to our Chinese cooking, it is hard to find a better solution not to "over-heated")
any suggestion?
3. Trans Fats 反式脂肪
含有坏胆固醇(LDL), 致炎因子:油炸食物,油制食物。。。
This is my killer! avoiding...working on it...
4. Dairy Products 奶制品
牛奶,牛油,奶酪,曲奇,饼干,零食,蛋糕,冰淇淋。。。
5. Feedlot-Rised Meat 牛/鸡/猪场普通养的肉品
一般市场出售的和餐馆使用的肉都是属于这一种,除非油另外注明时有机的。
I can't live on veggie totally...these our daily products
6. Red Meat & Processed Meat 红肉和腌制肉
牛肉,<<--my favorite 羊肉,<<--never like it much猪肉,<<-- 火腿,香肠。。。
7. Alcohol 酒类
过度喝啤酒,烈酒和葡萄酒都会引起慢性炎症(特别时咽喉,食管和肝)
ah, ha, 0% this one, i think i can easily get 100marks from dr. rain.
8. Refined Grains 细粮,精粮
一般市面上的面条,面包都是用细粮做的。可以考虑用粗粮代替。
can take either type or switch it...
9. Artificial Food Additives 人造食物添加剂
味精,<--except those in the cooking sauce 糖精<---not in my use list, 防腐剂(罐头,包装食物),食物色素。。。<<--- try to take less
+ margarine/人造奶油 <<---been avoiding it for a while now... replaced by butter.
