珊珊来迟:雪耳枸子甜汤 雪耳15克，枸杞子25克，雪耳浸水2小时洗干净，剪成小小块，加入4一6碗水（浓稀自由），用文火煎30分钟，加入4茶匙蜜糖（吃甜甜加多点），盖盖5分钟，装碗放冰箱冷冻可食。 (2012-11-25 08:25) 

我也听说过冲蜜蜂水要用溫水。 其实也容易解决变通下，就是等雪耳枸杞水温凉下不太热时再加蜜糖就可以了。多谢南阳子兄提示。
